1. Refunds or returns are not supported after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem. Returns or exchanges are not provided for personal reasons such as a change of mind, style dissatisfaction, or incorrect size chosen by the buyer.
2.We carefully pack all jewelry items to ensure safe delivery. However, slight scratches or damage to the outer packaging during international shipping may occasionally occur. Such issues are beyond our control, and we only take responsibility for defects or damage to the jewelry itself.
3.Please note that handmade or processed jewelry may have minor natural variations, which are normal characteristics of the product and not considered quality defects. We appreciate your kind understanding.
4.Jewelry and accessories may shift slightly during shipping. You may gently adjust them to restore their original shape upon receipt.
If you receive incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Requests made after 10 days will not be accepted. Please reach out to us first via email at Joyquess.land@gmail.com











7 Day Refund/Exchange Policy
The blind box is a special item. Please ensure that you record the entire unboxing process upon receiving the product to avoid any issues with missing or damaged items. If you do not record the unboxing video, we will not be responsible for any missing parts or damages!
1. Due to the blind box nature, refunds and exchanges cannot be processed after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem.
2. If your order has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of our item, any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (eshinevip@gmail.com) first.
3. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control. We are only responsible for damages to the figures inside the blind box.
