Return and Refund Policy


We hope you’re delighted with your jewelry order. For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized/custom jewelry unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, wrong size, or wrong product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at:  joyqueen.land@gmail.com

1. Returnable Items

① Items damaged or defective upon arrival.
② Items received in incorrect size/color/style.
③ Items received do not match your original order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized / engraved / custom jewelry
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased during final sale

If your item meets the returnable conditions above, please contact us for return or refund support.

3. Return Processing Time

Once your return request is approved, we will process it within 1-2 business day.

4. Return Address

Please contact us to get the official return address. We will reply within 1-2 business day.

5. Important Note

Do NOT send returns to the address printed on your package.
This is not our return address and will delay your refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, or your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business day.
